My training style is resistance and strength-focused, but my goal is to meet you where you are and adapt to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Business; this helps me understand you and the daily stressors creating barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals.
It is my purpose to pay it forward and help others build self-confidence, resilience, and self-esteem while achieving their physical goals.
